New Communication Tool Available at Longview ISD

Longview ISD announces a new tool, "Let's Talk" on their website, that they are committed to engaging all stakeholders in the education of our children.

The following directions are posted on their website:

Only when we build strong relationships with our staff, students, families and community members can we make the changes we need to reach every student.

Let’s Talk is one tool available for you to provide feedback. It should not replace other interactions, such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings or email. But it is a place where you can come anytime, day or night and tell us what’s on your mind.

Once you click on a topic and make a submission through Let’s Talk, the proper person will be notified. If you request a response, you will hear back from us within two school days.

If you have feedback for individual teachers or staff members, please call or email those individuals directly.

Let’s Talk should not be used for emergency situations. If this is an emergency, please contact a member of the LISD staff at (903) 381-2200.

To be anonymous, click No and submit. You do not need to put your name or personal information, however, if issues are to be resolved effectively, a two-way communication system is most often the best choice.
