You are invited to a presentation on the main provisions of the health care law (the Affordable Care Act), how to enroll in health insurance coverage and how to access care in your community. Topics include the Health Insurance Marketplace, key dates, resources and how to receive updates on implementation of the law. A brief question and answer session will provide answers to commonly asked questions. Additionally, the American Public Health Association (APHA) will make a presentation on the Community Transformation Grant (CTG) Initiative. APHA will provide an overview of CTG and present examples of successful faith-based partnerships. Please send any questions to ACA101@HHS.gov before September 24th at 12N ET
